Establishing an Account
When you establish an account with Hammer & Chisel (â€œAccountâ€) or during your use of the Service, you will provide to us certain information. Such information may include personal information, such as your online user name and email address. Such information may also include text, pictures and links within conversations that you submit via your Account.
Using the Service
Additionally, when you use the Service, your deviceâ€™s operating system, Internet Protocol (IP) address, access times, browser type and language and referring Web site addresses are logged automatically. We also collect information about your usage and activity, such as number of clicks, pages viewed and the order of those pages, the amount of time spent on particular pages, and the date and time of this activity.
We may also acquire information from you through (1) your access and participation in message boards on the Service, (2) your email of a question to our customer support, (3) your purchase of a virtual product of any type, (4) your participation in surveys regarding the Service or (5) your participation in a sweepstakes or contest through the Service. Please note that because third parties manage the purchases of virtual goods offered by the Service, we do not have access to your credit card details and billing information. We also collect information regarding your device type, advertising identifiers such as IDFA or Google Advertising ID, HTML cookies, referral URL, operating system and version, IP address, and push notification token.
Display of Information on the Service
When you choose to create a public profile or share information on the Service, you may post, at your option, certain information, including personal information, that will be publicly displayed to other users. You consent to our display of any information, including personal information, that you include in your public profile.
Use of Information to Provide the Service
Hammer & Chisel uses the information that we collect to operate, maintain, secure, enhance, and provide to you all of the features and services found on the Service. For example, we may use your email address for administrative purposes such as sending you Account activation and â€œwelcomeâ€ emails, notifying you of major updates or for customer service purposes.
We may also your email address to send to you email regarding notices about special activities, features, or items available on the Service, and in some case sponsored by third parties. You may opt-out of receiving such notices by e-mailing firstname.lastname@example.org or by clicking the â€œunsubscribe linkâ€ provided in such communications.
Use of Information to Analyze and Improve the Service
Hammer & Chisel may also use all the information that we collect to: (a) understand the usage trends and preferences of our users; (b) improve the way the Service works and looks and to create new features and functionality and (c) to investigate potential violation of the Terms of Service including review of actual information posted online and actual and specific transactions. You understand and agree to our reviewing both your public and private information and automatically collected information (including personal information) to investigate any possible violations of the Terms of Service.
A cookie is a small data file that we transfer to your devicesâ€™s hard disk, generally to quickly identify a user's device and to "remember" things about the user's visit, such as your preferences or a user name and password. The Service sends cookies to your device when you access or view content of an App. Information contained in a cookie may be linked to your personal information for purposes such as improving the quality of our Service, tailoring recommendations to your interests, and making the Service easier to use. We may collect information using Web beacons. Web beacons or "gifs", are electronic images that may be used on our Site or in our emails. We use Web beacons to deliver cookies, count visits and to tell if an email has been opened and acted upon.
Information for Opting-Out of Cookies and Web Beacons
You may see our games advertised in other applications. After clicking on one of these advertisements and installing our game, you will become a user of the Service. In order to prevent fraud and verify the installs, a unique advertising device identifier may be shared with the advertiser.

The fact that the Service links to a website or application or presents a banner ad or other type of advertisement does not mean that Hammer & Chisel endorses or authorizes that third party, nor is it a representation of our affiliation with that third party. Hammer & Chisel is in no way responsible for the privacy policies of these other websites to which you chose to access from the Service. Please be sure to read the privacy policies of those websites when exiting the Service.
The Service may also contain third party tracking tools from service providers, an example of which includes the Facebook SDK. Hammer & Chisel may use these third partiesâ€™ APIs and/or SDKs in our Service, which may enable these third parties to analyze user information. Each of these providers may provide an opt-out from their collection of information about you.
You may change your information by following the process provided in the Service. You may opt-out of receiving promotional emails from us by following the instructions in those emails. If you opt-out, we may still send you non-promotional emails, such as emails about your accounts or our ongoing business relations.
Hammer & Chisel has put in place reasonable measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration or disclosure. However, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never be able to overcome those measures or use your personal information for improper purposes. Also please note that email and messaging systems are not considered secure, so we discourage you from sending us personal information through these mediums.
We currently do not participate in any â€œDo Not Trackâ€ frameworks that would allow us to respond to signals or other mechanisms from you regarding the collection of your information. We may engage third parties, such as marketing or analytics partners, who may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you use our website.
